MASSAGE THERAPY:  Our certified massage therapist can perform a full body or partial body massage for trigger points.  We offer soft tissue, integrated or deep tissue massage.  These treatments are beneficial for all ages from children to the elderly.  Offering relief from chronic illnesses such as crones and arthritis. 

AROMATHERAPY YIN AND YANG:  for the sluggish or to calm your frazzled nerves. 

SALT GLOW:  with light moisturizing massage to help detoxify and bring the new skin to the surface.  This treatment is great for that special dress or evening. 

REFLEXOLOGY:  promotes relaxation, increases circulation thru massage of energy zones of hands and feet.  A 20 minute session is ideal in combination with facial or body wraps, also great as a lunch time stress reliever.
